The Lomond Fillet is our prime cut of the salmon fillet gently smoked over smouldering beech wood to produce a gloriously succulent delicacy. 

At a minimum of 200g it's the perfect alternative to a side and a real treat for the smoked salmon connoisseur

Slice vertically into sashimi-style medallions, and serve simply, perhaps with a squeeze of lemon, to enjoy the amazing, buttery texture.

Our Lomond Fillet must be eaten within 21 days of receiving. Once opened, should be consumed within 3 days and kept refrigerated. Our Lomond Fillet can be frozen for 3 months and still tastes just as good!
