Smoked Salmon Tartare

Luss Smokehouse Smoked Salmon (500g)

3 Lemons

5 tbsp olive oil

Tabasco Sauce

2 yellow bell peppers

Capers (50g)

8 green olives (pitted)

4 egg yolks

1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley



  1. Peel 1 of the lemons and chop the flesh. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemons.
  1. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and a splash of tabasco sauce in a bowl and season.
  1. Mix together the salmon, peppers, capers, olives and chopped lemon in a dish, add the lemon dressing and leave to marinate for 20 mins.
  1. Divide the mixture among 4 individual dishes and put an egg yolk in the middle of each. Garnish with the parsley and you’re ready to serve!
