Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Luss Smokehouse Roast Smoked Salmon (200g)
2 Free range eggs - medium boiled
Several generous handfuls of Romaine lettuce
Parmesan shavings
2-3 Melba toasts per person
Caeser dressing of your choice
Handful of anchovies 
1. Set eggs to medium boil
2. Wash Romaine lettuce and roughly chop or tear and use these as the base for your salad
3. Break up melba toasts into bite size portions and place as you please through your base, along with the parmesan shavings and anchovies.
4. Break up your Luss Roast Smoked Salmon generously over your salad - adding your boiled eggs when peeled and quartered. Finally, top with the Caesar dressing of your choice and a final sprinkle of parmesan.
