This year we have decided to spice things up a bit in the smokehouse… we have branched out from our fishy ways (not too much though!) and we are delighted to introduce to you... our Beech Smoked Cheddar!
Still keeping things simple here at Luss Smokehouse, the only 2 ingredients combined to make our delicious cheese is the Beech Smoke and the Scottish Cheddar – nothing more, nothing less! All smoked in our smokehouse in Luss, on the West Banks of Loch Lomond.
If you’ve never tried Smoked Cheese before then this is DEFINITELY the one to try… the Beech Smoke compliments the flavours of the cheddar perfectly, giving it that moreish texture and flavour that we simply adore!
Our Beech Smoked Cheddar comes in a minimum size of 200g and should be eaten within 14 days of receiving (check the use by date on the back). Once opened, should be consumed within 7 days and kept refrigerated in a sealed container.
