By smoking the fish over beech wood, this allows the Mackerel to maintain its distinctive yet gorgeous natural flavour, without being overpowered. The beech wood simply adds a light, delicate and slightly sweet smoke that perfectly complements the natural flavours of the fish.
Our Beech Roast Smoked Mackerel must be eaten within 10 days of receiving. Once opened should be consumed within 3 days and kept refrigerated. Our Beech Smoked Mackerel can also be frozen for up to 3 months!
