CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES
- Our last date that we can deliver is 21st December, which means the last date you can place an order is 20th December before 1pm. You can also collect from Luss until 21st December.
- There will be no deliveries between 22nd December and 3rd January - please plan in advance for any New Year celebrations.
- All ordering and deliveries will return to normal on the 3rd of January, where any orders placed before 1pm can be delivered on the 4th of January.
Please make sure you plan in advance and order early to avoid disappointment.
We offer a Next Day Delivery Service on all our products for £6, however we do not ship outside of the UK. All orders must be placed before 1pm if you wish to receive the following day. Please note: we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.
All of our products are perishable and should be kept refrigerated once delivered. All products are delivered in secure, chilled, insulated bags with ice packs and will keep the products at the correct temperature for consumption (below 8 Degrees Celsius) for 48 hours.
Please ensure that you have entered your billing and shipping details correctly. Luss Smokehouse will not be responsible for the cost of re-direction or re-delivery.
Please also ensure that someone will be in the house to collect the delivery (delivery is usually between 8am-6pm). This also includes any deliveries that are being sent to someone as a gift.
If you are not in to receive your order and it was unable to be left in a safe place, a delivery card will be left from the courier to collect from your local depot. We recommend you make arrangements collect the parcel as soon as possible.
If the products are not put into a home fridge or freezer 48 hours after we dispatch it, we strongly recommend that you do not eat the products. We take no responsibility and will offer no refunds if the recipient is not in to collect the products or if the products are not kept refrigerated once delivered.
If you have bought one of our hampers early in advance for an occasion, we stress that you must take the products out of the hamper and store in a fridge or freezer. Please note: if you have ordered a hamper to be sent to someone, we remind you these products are perishable so we recommend mentioning to the recipient that these should be popped in the fridge too.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on any of our Smoked produce, including: Salmon, Trout, Mussels, Mackerel and all our Pates, as we cannot resell these. If, however, you have bought a hamper we can refund the total amount minus the Smoked produce (i.e. you will receive the refund on the jams and oatcakes but not for any Luss Smokehouse branded produce).
We take extreme care to make sure you get the best out of your delivery. However, in the unusual circumstance that your delivery is damaged when it arrives, please take photos and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and give us a call on 01436 860 345 as soon as you receive it.
All of our products MUST be kept refrigerated and eaten within the shelf life. Once opened, the product must be consumed within 3 days. All dates are provided on the packaging of the produce.
The shelf life of all of our products starts from the date we dispatch the product out to you. Please see the shelf life of all products below:
