Smoked Trout and Jersey Royals Salad

Luss Smokehouse Smoked Trout (100g)


5 or 6 Jersey Royal Potatoes






Red Wine Vinegar


Mixed Salad



  1. Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until cooked and then drain. Once cooled cut them into thin slices. 
  1. Mix together tarragon, shallots and a splash of red wine vinegar and pop onto a bed of mixed salad. 
  1. Put the sliced potatoes over the salad and top with our Beech Smoked Trout. For extra flavour drizzle with lemon juice or a salad dressing.
