Luss Smokehouse Beech Smoked Salmon (100g)
A generous handful of watercress
Cream cheese (50g)
1 wholegrain bagel
Lemon to serve
1. Half bagel length ways and toast.
2. After toasting, spread a thick layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of your bagel
3. Thinly slice cucumber into discs, and add to the top of your cream cheese.
4. Generously pile on your Beech Smoked Salmon and top with watercress.
5. Finish your bagel by adding the top half and serving with a wedge of lemon.
