Shona's Trout Salad


Shona's Healthy Smoked Trout & Jersey Royals Salad Combo

Shona, our Production Supervisor, has told us she's been trying to eat healthy, in time for summer... so this has been her 'Go-To' dinner recently and its DELICIOUSLY FRESH!

Method: 
.
1. Boil the potatoes in water for 10-15 minutes until cooked and then drain. Once cooled slice them up into thin slices. 
.
2. For some flavour, Shona likes to mix together: tarragon, shallots, red wine vinegar, oil and seasoning. For extra texture, throw in some green beans or peas.
.
3. Serve the potatoes on a bed of spinach or what ever salad mixture you like and finally, top with slices or cut up pieces of smoked trout.
