Creamy Roast-Smoked Salmon Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Luss Smokehouse Roast Smoked Salmon (200g)

 

Double Cream (200ml)

 

½ Block of Parmesan

 

Spaghetti Pasta (200g)

 

METHOD

  1. Boil pasta for 8-12 minutes or until cooked to your desired taste. Once cooked and drained, pour in the double cream and season.

 

  1. Add in sliced parmesan and our flaked Beech Roast Smoked Salmon and stir gently until all ingredients are mixed together.

 

  1. You’re ready to serve! For extra flavour and texture, sprinkle some pine nuts on the top and serve with a side salad.
