Salmon & Trout trimmings can both be used to make some fantastic dishes. Smoked for at least 8 hours, these trimmings will be the fabulous finishing touch to fish cakes, terrines and loads more.
Our Trimmings must be eaten within 21 days of receiving. Once opened, must be consumed within 3 days and kept refrigerated. Our Salmon and Trout Trimmings can be frozen for 3 months and still tastes just as good!
